In a relationship of constant collaboration with its territory, DèPio supplies the nearby Azienda Agricola Noventa with its production remains to tie the young vines. DèPio wants to be part and act not only as an actor of a production district, but of a community of people with a history and a tradition to be preserved. The hosiery district in which DèPio operates is located at the foot of the well-known marble hills of Botticino, the same ones that benefit the production of harmonic and dry wines. By recovering local winemaking traditions, DèPio discovers new opportunities for upcycling. In a symbiotic relationship between very different production realities, the local farmers had identified in the "codeghe" the ideal tie for young stems of vines, just as the Azienda Agricola Noventa still does today.
